| Sara first began planning events as a hobby. Always the one called upon amongst family and friends, whether it was planning an intimate gathering, a large family reunion, or a wedding, Sara's attention to detail and passion for planning ensured each was a picture perfect occasion. It was from these experiences that she realized she wanted to plan events professionally.
A Mount Allison University graduate, with a Bachelor of Arts degree, Sara has spent a great deal of time working within the education system. Holding various positions of management and responsibility, Sara has honed her organizational and planning skills through chairing school committees and teaching workshops in both the education industry as well as within her planning business.
In July 2005 Sara brought her expertise to Lockhart's Weddings & Special Occasions where she is now the in-house Wedding Coordinator. Since first teaming with Lockhart's and its owner Alania Lockhart she has planned a number of both intimate and large scale affairs. Most notably, she coordinated Lockhart's Wedding in the Clouds which took place at the Atlantic Balloon Fiesta in September 2005, with over 5000 spectators on hand.
